What is the enrollment process at Phénix?+
Enrollment follows several steps:
- A placement test is required for every new student.
- Both parents and the child are strongly encouraged to attend at the time of enrollment.
- Parents complete and sign the enrollment form, review the school rules, and commit to following them.
- Enrollment is only final once the complete file has been submitted and the enrollment fees and first tuition installment have been paid.
What documents are required for enrollment?+
- Completed enrollment form
- Birth certificate
- 4 recent passport-style photos
- Previous year's school report (new students)
The minimum age to enter CP1 is 6 years old.
Which grade levels do you offer?+
Phénix International welcomes students from Toute Petite Section (age 3) through 10th grade. The High School program opens in the 2026–2027 school year, with a general track and a vocational track (solar energy, building electrical work).
What are the class hours?+
Hours vary by program:
- Preschool and Elementary: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM — 3:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM — 12:00 PM
- Middle and High School: Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM — 4:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM — 12:00 PM
What teaching approach does Phénix use?+
Our teaching approach is active, positive, cooperative, and differentiated. It follows the official Guinean curriculum while drawing on modern educational methods: the student at the heart of learning, peer support among students, kindness between teachers and students, and respect for each child's own pace.
What are your national exam results?+
On the CEE 2025 (the national elementary-school leaving exam, marking entry into 7th grade / lower secondary), 28 Phénix students sat the exam and all passed — a 100% pass rate, with 100% passing with honors. Our top student ranked 4th nationally out of 173,185 candidates. 32% of our students earned Very Good honors (vs. 1.06% nationally).

The campus is located in Sonfonia Casse, Ratoma District. To get there, take Route du Prince / T7, then continue 500 m along the road heading toward Dubréka.
