Data we collect
Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your phone number (optional), the subject and the content of your message. We do not collect any other data without your knowledge.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is used solely to handle and reply to your enquiry (enrolling a child, campus visit, recruitment, partnership, etc.). The legal basis is your consent (submitting the form) and the school's legitimate interest in replying to you.
Recipients
Your data is accessible only to authorized staff of the school. It is never sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes.
Hosting and third-party services
The website and mailbox are hosted by OVH (France, European Union). The map on the Contact page (Google Maps) is loaded only after you click it: no Google cookie is set without your action. The website uses no analytics tool and no tracking cookies.
Retention period
Messages received through the form are kept for a maximum of 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and access to messages is restricted to authorized staff.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@phenix-international.com.
Complaint
You may refer the matter to the competent authority in the Republic of Guinea for the protection of personal data, as provided for by law No. L/2016/037/AN.
