Our program

From Preschool to High School, a continuous journey.

Four connected programs to support every child, from their earliest learning all the way to higher education. A pedagogical coherence rarely found in Guinea.

The culmination of the Phénix journey. A demanding general track leading to the baccalauréat, and a vocational track in future-focused trades, rooted in the economic realities of Guinea.

BEPC 2026 — a 100% pass rate. Our very first class to sit the national exam (16 of 16 passing) inaugurates the High School: the cohort now entering 11th grade arrives with a certificate earned by the entire class.

Our approach

Teaching that is active, positive, cooperative, and differentiated.

Four pillars run through every program. They define the distinctive way we teach at Phénix, from Preschool to High School.
01

Active

The student at the heart of learning. We learn by doing, by exploring, by making mistakes and trying again.

02

Positive

A relationship of respect and care between teachers and students. Trust as the foundation of high standards.

03

Cooperative

Mutual support among students and within the teaching team. We learn together, we grow together.

04

Differentiated

Every child moves at their own pace. Teachers adapt their methods so that each student can progress.
